About This Site
DeckBuildersJacksonville.com is a referral service. This page covers the operator, the arrangement and what happens to a call or a form.
Serving requests around Jacksonville
Calls are recorded for quality assurance.
What this site is
CJP Services LLC, a Florida company, operates DeckBuildersJacksonville.com as a referral service. The site is not a contractor. It does not build decks, give quotes, set prices or book jobs.
A call to the number here, or the form, sends your request to one local company. That company visits the site of the job, quotes it, sets the price and builds the deck. The agreement is between you and that company, and you pay the company directly.
How this site is paid
The company pays this site when it receives a referral. You pay this site nothing. Because of that arrangement, the site gains when requests reach the company, and the footer of every page states it.
What happens when you call
A short recorded notice plays first: Calls are recorded for quality assurance. Calls currently reach a message line. Say who you are, the best number and what you want built or fixed, and expect a callback from a local company, usually within the business day.
What happens to the form
The form goes to the company, which may phone, text or email you about the request. The site keeps no marketing list and does not sell what you send. Retention periods and what is stored are listed on the privacy page.
Stopping contact or privacy questions
To stop contact, or to ask a privacy question, email privacy@deckbuildersjacksonville.com. Include your name and the number or email address you gave the site.
Limits of the service
- It does not set prices or book work.
- It does not build, oversee or inspect a deck.
- It makes no promise about results, timing or cost.
- It does not show reviews, ratings or testimonials.
Before agreeing to a deck job, ask the caller about the business registration, insurance and the permit, and keep what is promised in writing. The company is a separate business from this site.
About the permit and code pages
The pages on permits and codes are general. The rules that apply to your deck depend on its height, size and address, and the building office for your address decides them.
Ready when you are
Call now, or send the form. A local pro calls you back, usually the same business day.
